I tried a Box + Flow class ealier today with one of my best friends. She found it and we thought it would be fun to try. We absolutely loved it – you’re in motion the whole time and the combination of workouts feels great. Both yoga and boxing make you aware of how each part of your body moves in junction with the others. I can’t wait to do this again!
